Postage, Payments, Cancellations and Returns



1. Payment

1.1 Full Payment is required prior to dispatch no exceptions.

1.2 We offer several payment options which include and are not limited to Shopify Credit Card, PayPal, afterPay and zipPay Online and in-store.

Products and Prices
2.1 Our prices and/or products are subject to change without notice.

2.2 You will be invoiced for goods at prices current at the date of dispatch.

2.3 You agree that goods which are in pack multiples will be supplied to you only in pack multiples.

2.4 All prices are invoiced per item inc GST, GST total is also shown on each invoice.

2.5 You agree that the minimum order to be placed and paid by credit card which we shall accept will be $10.00.


3.  Shipping & Handling
Please ensure when placing your order  that your E-mail address and Postal Address are correct, we will not accept responsibility for lose, damage r incorrect delivery if you fail to provide us with incorrect details. Fees will apply should changes be necessary in line with our standard "terms and conditions"

3.1 Dispatch of goods is by Australia Post Post, however, we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means which would include sending in PREPAID Australia Post Satchels. Express Post Delivery (Satchel Uninsured) will be dispatch the same day if ordered before 12:00 pm. Express Post Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatch the following working day.

3.2 You agree that you will be responsible for all delivery costs unless otherwise stated. The Holistic Shop expressly reserves the right to amend your invoice, should actual freight costs exceed the amount already paid. You agree that The Holistic Shop may debit your account accordingly (we will always inform you prior to this the amount required).

You also more than welcome to contact us prior to ordering to obtain a quotation for the items you would like to purchase.

3.3 You agree that freight charges automatically applied to your order may be varied depending on your delivery address. Delivery from our place of business to remote or international locations may incur additional charges.

3.4 Large items such as Ionic Detox Foot Spa's or bulk orders may also incur additional delivery charges and we reserve the right to adjust these charges as may be appropriate.

3.5 You or your agent must be at your delivery address to take delivery of goods that are "signature on delivery" otherwise goods will be left in a secure location by Australia Post if signature on delivery has not been requested.

3.6 DAMAGES It is important that you report any damaged or missing items to us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will not accept any claim for damages out with this time frame. There are two ways you can do this, by either emailing us or calling us within the 48 hour period of receipt.

We will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left on your instructions at your unattended delivery address or delivered to a carrier, regardless of the method of shipping. Claims for loss or damage of products are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be reported to the appropriate carrier. We will NOT accept loss or damage of goods in transit that have NOT been insured.

3.7 It is our  intention to ship orders within 2 workings days (small orders) and 7 -10 workings days for all Ionic Foot Bath Systems from receipt of your cleared payment.

If it is going take longer we will email you. If you have NOT received your order within 14 workings days please contact us (with the exception of Ionic Detox Foot Bath Systems). 

3.8 We offer several shipping methods which include and is not limited to Standard Shipping which can also include Signature on Delivery and Insurance. Should you choose standard shipping costs and you item is lost or damaged in transit The Holistic Shop will not accept responsibility for this. We urge that if you have concerns to pay the small amount required to Insure you order against loss or damage.

Should you require your order insured for an additional amount please contact us prior to dispatch.

3.7 Additions to orders will be treated as separate orders. You will receive a separate Invoice, dispatch and freight charge once the initial order has been packed and processed. Orders should reach your door in approximately 10 -14 business days or less, unless your item is on back order. If the back ordered item would take more than 30 days, we will notify you by E-mail. Usually back orders don’t take that long.

It is our intention to ship Ionic Detox Foot Spa's within 7 - 10 workings days of purchase, but please be aware that it can take about 2 - 4 weeks for these items to reach you depending on your location. If shipping is going to take longer than this we will email you with details. 
 
4.  Returns/Cancellation Policy
4.1 We will not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases or for you (the customer) ordering the incorrect product or choosing the incorrect shipping method, please ensure that you are aware of our 'terms and conditions' prior to making your purchase via our website.

4.1a If we accept an order for cancellation due to incorrect ordering on your part (which includes incorrect email or shipping address) our refund to you will be less any AfterPay, Zip, PayPal and Shopify Credit Cards Fees we have incurred in such transaction and that are NON refundable to us due to the cancellation of your order or your error in ordering.

4.1b We will not be liable to rectify incorrect supply of goods or damage to goods unless you advise us within 48 hours of taking delivery of the goods.

4.2 We will not accept returns of goods any later than fourteen days (14) from the date on the order. Exclusions apply see (4.4a - 4.4c).

4.3 Returned goods must be accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice relating to them and our RAN please contact us for this prior to returning, as goods without RAN on the package will not be accepted into our warehouse.

4.4 We will not accept returns of goods that are not in the same condition as when supplied.

- 4.4a Ionic Foot Bath Systems are bound by Manufacturers Warranty and details of their terms & conditions will be provided within each of their Product Handbooks.

- 4.4b Any Ionic Detox Foot Bath products offered as a Special Offer or Reduced Price are NON REFUNDABLE or RETURNABLE, all sales on these items are Final but are still covered by by the manufacturer's warranty.

- 4.4c The Holistic Shop DOES NOT accept returns on Ionic Detox Foot Bath Systems or Consumables as due to Health and Hygiene Issues as they CANNOT be re-stocked.The systems are covered by manufacturer's warranty which is fully detailed in their Product Handbook and Invoice, should there be an issue with any of the electrical components of your system these are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If they are found to be faulty they will attempt to repair, if a repair cannot be preformed the article will be replaced under manufacturers warranty and guidelines. They offer 12, 24 and 36 months Warranty on all Systems.

Ionic Detox Foot Bath Systems are made up of  NON RETURNABLE Consumables and as such due to the nature of these products we DO NOT accept returns. Once they have been used, he Consumables are NOT able to be returned or re-stocked as they form a major part of the saleable value of their systems.

Items that they deem to be Consumables are the arrays, cleaning solution, cleaning solution tub, Himalayan Crystal Salts, Foot Basins and Liners ONCE USED and for obvious reasons these are NON Returnable and CANNOT be re-stocked. We ask (The Holistic Shop) that you check that all components including arrays are in perfect working order on delivery of your system. We will  NOT accept liability for any consumable components that fail to work several months down the line. Please ensure that you check all consumable components are in proper working order on delivery of your system.

4.4d Ionic Detox Foot Bath Systems that have already been paid for and warranty registered with our manufacturer's these orders cannot be cancelled as they are then deemed to be then owned by you. Please ensure that all details including email address and delivery address are correct on ordering as these cannot be changed once the sale has been registered with the relevant Manufacturer's. If you feel you have made a mistake in your order, please contact us as soon as possible to rectify any errors on your part. Please be advised additional costs may apply in this instance. 

4.4e Detox Foot Patches, Lunette Menstrual Cups, Body Wrap Products and Ear Candles because of Health and Hygiene issues these cannot be returned.

4.4f Special Offers, Clearance or Reduced Price Items these items cannot be returned, ALL sales are FINAL, although this does not effect your Statutory Rights and/or Warranty

4.5 Should you return goods not subject to clauses 4.1- 4.3 ( a ) we will require you to pay for the goods shipping costs back to us in full; (b) we will charge a restocking fee of $15.00 on all returns of goods supplied as ordered with the exception of Special Offer items these are Non-Returnable or Refundable all sales are FINAL unless deemed to be faulty under manufacturers guidelines.

4.6 We/Manufacturer will not accept liablability for claims under warranty unless you provide your invoice to us/them as proof of your date of purchase. If you make a mistake when ordering products this is not covered inder warranty nor is damage to a product if you the customer use it outwith its intended use.

4.7 Shipping charges, Gift Wrap Charges,Paypal Charges and afterPay fees we are charged are non refundable and a re-stocking/cancellation Fee of $15-00 will apply to all small orders, This does not include Special Offer or Sale items, these items are Non Returnable or Re-Fundable unless deemed to be faulty under manufacturers guidlines

4.8 Items that have been used or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund unless found to be faulty by the Manufacturers.
The above does not affect you rights as a consumer under NSW OFT Guidelines

4.9 Refunds will be attended to once we have the goods back in our warehouse and have been inspected. The refund will be applied to the same method of payment used at the time of your order, less other fees and charges deemed applicable. 

4.10 We will not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases, or your lack of expertise in using any of our products, failing to fully read any instructions or instructional manual (Ionic Detox Foot Bath Systems) prior to use. Please ensure that you are aware of our 'terms and conditions' prior to making you purchase via our website.

4.11 If the returned goods are determined by us or the manufacturer not be faulty, then all return shipping fees will be worn by the customer.  As we do not store Credit Card information the goods will be sent back by Australia Post Cash on Delivery. Become a Healthier You (The Holistic Shop)  also reserves the right to charge any labour cost for examining these goods where no fault was found.

5 - AFTERPAY The Holistic Shop DOES NOT accept returns or cancellation of goods purchased using afterPay or zipMoney as your payment method due to the larger that normal fees that we incur whilst offering you this payment option. With the exclusion of 5.1 and 5.2 below.
  • 5.1 If the goods are found to have a minor fault on arrival we will exchange or issue a Store Credit to the value of the goods only at our discretion. We will not refund.

  • 5.2 If your goods were damaged by the shipping carrier whilst in transit to you, we will ONLY replace if transit insurance has been purchased by you at the time of placing your order. We will not refund.

  • 5.3  If you change your mind or do not like the goods these may be returned at our discretion with a valid RAN (Return Authorisation Number), All Shipping Fees, Credit Card Fees, Afterpay Pays will not be treated as part of your Store Credit and there will be a re-stocking fee deducted as per section 5 of our terms for return/cancellation policy. We will not refund.

6. Customs & Import Duties
6.1 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package arrives in your country. We do not collect duties and taxes. These charges must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For further information on your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Please be advised that we will NOT accept responsibility for customers failure to check their countries restrictions prior to placing an order. All orders will still be subject to our "Terms & Conditions" if you fail to check Customs requirements prior to ordering - this is NOT our responsibility. Please ensure that you check ALL requirements prior to placing your order.

CLEANING SOLUTION.. please be advised that the "Cleaning Solution" supplied with our Ionic Detox Foot Spa's System cannot be shipped outwith Australia. We apologize for this but it is out with our control. (At the moment we are able to send our Cleaning Solution in a Powder Format to overseas locations)

Please be advised that the above does not effect your rights as a consumer under NSW Fair Trading Standards, and we will endeavour to attend to any complaints, problems and or returns in a timely manner.
